In this phase we will explore the dangers of your negative self-talk and how that is causing anxiety and stress in your life. Once you understand when your inner critic is healthy and unhealthy, you can learn how to lead differently. In this transformation you will learn how to become the executive coach you have always wanted for yourself.

INNER COACH TO OUTER COACH
Self-diagnosis is greater than judgement. You will learn how to transfer the coaching skills you are using for yourself to others. You will be using the MyConfidence Professional Report to help others understand their specific confidence strengths and growth areas. This experiential transformation will all you to coach everyone on your team with confidence.

OUTER COACH TO CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR
In the final transformation you will tackle public speaking. Communication is an essential leadership skill. We will teach you the skills used by world-class influencers to communicate with confidence. You will learn your own confidence story and how to make a meaningful connection with any audience. You will also develop the skills to teach confident communication to others.
